At Victoria’s Vanity, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To maintain the integrity of our private schedule and ensure fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following policies: Cancellation Notice A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% service fee, charged to the card on file. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% service charge, as this time has been specifically held for you. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require adjusting your service time to respect the next client’s appointment. Full service pricing will still apply.
